The non-stick coating inside the pan contains a ceramic
reinforcement and is applied in three layers to guarantee the
best performances for many years.The soft outer cur ves and
the non-stick protection make cleaning simple and easy,even
after the most demanding recipes.
The bases of the Crafond products are finely worked with
a diamond:for a perfectly flat base and excellent heat conduc-
tion no matter what source is used.
